You might want to give us some more information here.  Does it happen all of the time?  Is it during certain programmes/channels?  Have you made sure that all of your cables are connected securely?

both issues happen frequently even changing channels then going back dies not work

Could be a dish alignment issue or possibly a faulty box - either way you'll need to call Sky to get an engineer to investigate.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
