Linking mobile to MySKy

I'm trying to link two mobile accounts so that I can access them via MySky - however, the apps state that they are already linked - however they are not showing up on MySky.

@JayH76  You can only have 1 mobile account linked to your ID not 2.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
