Install for flats sky Q MDU

Hi I have an engineer coming out to install sky Q in a block of flats. I told sky I live in a block of 4 or more flats but someone said I should check the engineer coming does multi dwelling unit instillation. Is that right or will they just know that?

@MrJS91Sky "should" know from your post code / address if it is a communal dish and send the correct installer.

However you MUST get permission from the management agent etc for Sky to enter and make changes to the distribution system, and find out where the equipment cupboard is.

If you can't get permission Sky will not install Q.
