In activity message on Streaming Puck

Here is a new bug  for you.  We have had the left room inactivity message appear on the Puck, when it is first turned on.  Moving the remote doesn't get rid of it and moving around the home page also doesn't remove it.  You can watch a programme and it just stays there, only way to remove it is to reboot the puck.  I have reported to Sky, so hopefully its a bug that can be resolved soon.

@Aaln couldn't find it on here, despite searching, the forums, so must be a way down the list now.  As I have said and you also mentioned, just reboot, until resolved.

Yes, this has been discussed already.

Until Sky push out a fix, you should remove the power and try again.

@Anonymous  So according to the message by picking up the remote it should overwrite this, does that work?

Re: In activity message on Streaming Puck

@Jayboy1990 No picking up the remote doesn't remove it.  As i say you can watch a programme and it remains.  Navigate with the puck with the remote and it remains.  So you just have to pull the power.

@Anonymous  Thanks for confirming.

I know in the main glass when this message appears, simply picking up the controller does clear the message and it stops the tv powering down.

Hopefully it gets addressed soon.

Re: In activity message on Streaming Puck

@Anonymous I had this Friday for the first time on a Puck.  I pulled the plug and hard restarted the box and all was good, although it wouldn't be good if the plug was hidden.   Not seen it before or again.
