I'm a disabled person I've been in hospital for 6 months my payment date is the 28th but they've cut

I'm disabled iv been in hospital for 6 months now they have cut me of and my payment date is the 28th I'm not pleased about this as in the 6 months I haven't been watching TV in my home I've been paying them though I think this is terrible can't get through to sky

@Discomoving You need to register with Sky's Accessabilty Team and contact them. Your circumstances are right up their street.

Sky have been providing the service you pay for, even if you haven't been using it. You're only cut off if you don't pay the bill when it falls due.

 

As you're disabled you may be able to register via Sky Accessibility and contact Sky that way:  https://www.skyaccessibility.sky/

 

Otherwise try dialling 141 before Sky's number, or calling from a number not linked to your Sky account.

@Discomoving Having re-read your post you say you've been paying your bills whilst in hospital but have been cut off? Have all your Sky bills been paid in full?

It is unlikely that Sky would cut you off if your bills have been paid and up to date so to look into this I would suggest looking at your bills here:

 

https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

 

If you are behind then it is likely that Sky will want full payment before the will restore your services.
