My Isp changed middle of Feb, but i chose the changeover on Last bill Date 30/01/2022 .. i am been billed for a whole month and my new ISP are charging me the same, full month ... WHO owes me a refund? And how do i get it back?

Your new ISP would begin services when the subscription was activated which is usually when you sign up or when services are installed. This can mean services between old & new overlap.

Find out more@Evasure you are billed right up to the termination date and any bill generated until that date will be for a full month and must be paid as normal any overpayment for days beyond the termination date will be refunded within six weeks of termination date
