Did you give Sky 30 days notice to leave?

Your new ISP would begin services when the subscription was activated which is usually when you sign up or when services are installed. This can mean services between old & new overlap.

Virginia.
I don’t work for Sky.

@Evasure  you are billed right up to the termination date and any bill generated until that date will be for a full month and must be paid as normal any overpayment for days beyond the termination date will be refunded within six weeks of termination date
