I left Sky in Aug so why are you still charging me £44.99 a month

On 10/7/2021 I informed you that I was leaving Sky, so why are you still charging me for £44.99 a month for Broadband and Talk?

@Chris+Baines How did you cancel? Did you receive a confirmation email from Sky?

As we are customers here are you are saying that Sky didn't cancel your services after you gave them notice then I have escalated your post to Sky who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.

@Chris+Baines  Did you move to another provider? Did they confirm the transfer?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Just to add - if you switched to Virgin, they don't cancel your previous supplier, that is, Sky. You have to cancel it yourself.

Re: I left Sky in Aug so why are you still charging me £44.99 a month

I received an E-Mail from you 28/7/21 that the Sky Braodband and Sky Talk would be installed, 11/8/21.

I cancelled the order verbally and nothing has ever been received.

I would therefore be grateful if you could please arrange I be reimbursed for the following incorrectly taken by Sky, with me having had no service from you because I'm now with Vodaphone

10/8/21 = £62.06

10/9/21 = £44.99

10/10/21 = £44.99

10/11/21 = £44.99

10/12/21 = £44.99

10/1/22 = £44.99

TOTAL = £287.01

@Chris+Baines  You are not talking to Sky, we are customers here.   If you did not receive confirmation of your cancellation then it would seem Sky have been supplying your broadband.   Were you transferring from another provider, have you been paying them for the same period?
