When I tried to redeem an RSVP voucher in sky store it doesn't come up with RSVP so if I buy it will be added to my account

Tried to call sky ended call after 35 mins no one answered

Does this RSVP voucher contain a code that you have to apply to your account, what does it say to do with it @Pepe62 ?
