I have been charged for McAfee Internet Security Suite , although I did not request his service

I have discovered that I have been charged for McAfee Internet Security Suite , although I did not request the McFee subscription when doing the broadband contract.

I have tried to cancel this, but when I accessed  "Managing your McFee subscriptions", then I got this message: "Unfortunately, our tool that lets you manage your McAfee subscription online is broken. We’re working with fewer resources than usual so we don’t yet know how long it will take us to fix it."

I would like to cancel this McFee subscription that I did not request because I have already my Norton subscription. It is strange that Sky started to charge me with the McFee monthly fees only a couple of months ago, however during the first months of my Sky broadband subscription I have not been charged.

I would appreciate it if you could help me  to cancel the Mcfee subscription to avoid overcharges

Many thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@Carolina

Sky hasn't been offering the Mcafee subscription for close to two years.

So it is inexplicable that they would charge you now
