I have a payment extension on my account my service have been turned of I have a reference number
I have a payment extension on my account my services have been turned of an it won't let talk to anyone on the phone to give the reference number they have to get it back on.

I'm afraid regardles of any agreed extension Skys billing system is fully automated and wil restrict services due to non payment.

@Caza+d you could try calling from a phone not linked to your Sky account. Or try dialling 141 before Sky's number.

- I am not sure this team will be able to communicate with you but as you are not the first to report an agreement made with Sky not being upheld its worth a try?
