If you don't fancy calling them you can also negotiate a new contract with Sky by using their Messenger service. It can take a bit longer to get connected to someone but you can respond at your own pace without feeling pressured into taking the first deal offered to you.
Have a figure in your head of what you're prepared to pay for the services you need. If Sky can't come close then don't be afraid to say no and start the cancellation process. Better offers often come when you're in the 30 day notice period...
