@Rudi+W I've re-escalated your post. When the Chat team contact you there should be a Blue Chat bubble as explained here https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147#M1014
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.

@Rudi+W I take it you realise you are not talking to Sky. We are fellow customers on here. Your post was kindly escalated to Sky (twice) but you didn't take part in the chat with a Sky employee.

Have you called? It's by far the simplest way of sorting this out. If you have called, what was the outcome?

i have called numerous times. of which i got through to Sky ONCE. It was a lovely lady, hoever she tried to look into it further if needed to be... she did get the text messages to stop sending back my equipment. I think i have tried a dozen times to get through. Once waiting 45 miunutes. However instead i get now text messages to pay my outstanding (and rising) debt. This was always done by standing order.
I was so glad to have moved away from Sky thinking i would NEVER have to experience this kind of service (or none service) again..

I did see the bubble and i did use it. It took sky 2 hours to answer my 'Hello" text. After 3.5 hours i could not wai any longer.

The chat isn't a live chat so replies are not always instant but for others that have had the same issue this has always been resolved one way or the other but if course it is up to you if you want to use it or not as calling or using thuis chat will be the only way to get this sorted so it up to you what happens now as I'm not sure what else us Sky customers can do for you.
