I always appear to loose my Wi-Fi on the puck whilst using itv hub

Whilst watching itv hub on the sky puck I always seem to get kicked out every 15-20 mins and get diverted to the re connection to the internet page, i then gave to re connect to wi-if. This is the only channel it happens on and only on the puck. Can any body give me a reason or help on this

@MrHanson there are multiple reports of issues with ITV hub crashing causing a variety of eror messages.. Sky are aware of the issue buthave not said when they expect it will be fixed. If you want to add your experience email viewerR@sky.uk who sre the team who will liaise with ITV. 

Many people find this happens if they fast forward through the ads so not doing thst may help.
