We are about to throw the Sky Glass set out if the window regarding its inability to replay programmes on All 4, My 5 and others, the constant blank screens. When we call we get a helpful lady who tries to help but can't and can only offer free Sky Movies in compensation. How do we escalate this to a Sky manager who can do something?

Re: How to complain to a senior Sky person
Raising a complaint doesn't solve the issue.
The issues have been ongoing since December at least.
Though unless Sky get told of the amount of users who put up with the issues hoping for a fix, they won't be able to prioritise.
I've logged my 2nd complaint. I decided to complain using the email option as there's a record rather than just speaking to an adviser who has no idea because they can't buy it as an employee still.
I logged a 2nd complaint because since my first complaint, there's been zero fixes.
We should get what we're paying for. Not just freeview with extra channels that is extremely unreliable and buggy.

@Aaln It's pretty much all you can do at present.

Re: How to complain to a senior Sky person
If you buy something that ends up 'not fit for purpose' you are entitled to have your money back and for the original state to be returned as it was, i.e re-installed! Surely Sky must realise that this is very poor PR?

Re: How to complain to a senior Sky person
@WhackoM where people complain Sky have done exactly as you state where possible. You cannot easily go back to Sky+ as the boxes are not around anymore but loads of people have gone back to Q either on their Glass TVs or on their own Tvs.
