How do I take up an offer from Sky for a £5 per month discount over an 18 month period?
I have received an offer of a £5 per month discount for 18 months when I renew my contact. All links provided by Sky do not work. Email rcuts in "we will ring you" and they don't.

Re: How do I take up an offer from Sky for a £5 per month discount over an 18 month period?
You will have to call Sky if you can't do this yourself.
If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can
