Hi lv just got iphone 12 but it wont be activated untill Christmas day will it still work

Hi lv just got my daughter as iphone 12 will the sim card work when she activated it on Christmas day

If you don't activate the sim card until Christmas day the sim might be cancelled by Sky, do you know if the sim itself had an offer on it because if there was you have jut 30 days to get it activated or something like 120 if there was no offer on it.

No lm not sure and can l activated it with out putting it in phone as l want her to do it on Xmas day thanks
