I was one of the first here to receive a Glass TV, but then also amongst the first to return it and the 3 pucks in early November.
Panther picked everything up on November 5th - then it went quiet.
Finally received an email today the everything had arrived safely back to Sky. They go on to add that they will be in touch soon regarding a refund.
So, just giving anyone in the same boat a heads-up on the timeframe.

@Ger7 @Mine was returned on 8th November, on the 16th I had the email you did, I can see credits on my now defunct Glass account, my issue with Sky is, why is Glass still on my account. It's 4 days since the credit was due, until this debacle is sorted out I have no control over my own account. Q is showing correctly alongside the defunct Glass account but I can't do anything with it. 2 phone calls to sort it, both utter failures with clueless advisors.
