At a bit of a loss at the moment..
I've gotten this error maybe about 10 days ago, and it hadn't gone away. So I did the research on it, did the rebuild, nothing. Did the FULL system reset, still getting the same error. What's going on here?

No, I can't record, pause or playback. I just lost all my recordings because I done the full system reset as a last resort and it still didn't work...I'm sorry that is not good enough for me as a Sky customer
