Error Code 1526

Hi, I am trying to download a film and keep getting error code 1526.  Please can you let me know how to resolve.

instead of all the secret squirrel escalating posts etc why not try answering the question? if there isn't a fix just say so!!

sorry ceasar wan't having a pop at you 😉 i now know it is to do with the amount of times you are allowed to download films etc.

hi Phil from what i found it appears you are only allowed to download progs 2x a month and it is supposed to reset after a month! but it actually doesn't there isn't a fix unfortunately as it  is a sky setting.

ty for letting me know.  its a bit stupid... though it is what it is i guess. something else to cancel
