Equipment return

Returned my Sky Q Boxes 2 weeks ago and the router a week before.  Why is this still showing in progress. Surely they should have been  received by now and updated on the system.

Keep your proof of posting as Unipart are not the quickest at processing and then telling Sky.

It can take longer than two weeks to process which is why keeping your proof of posting is so important because if you are told you have returned it then post back here as help can be arranged via the messaging team.
