EMAILED A RENEWAL OFFER THAT ISNT WORKING

Hello,

 

My broadband contract is ending, and I have been emailed an offer to re-sign, but when I click the link through to the website, the offer on the Sky App is £5 per month more expensive than the email advertised? And I cant see how to email or chat to someone about this?

@kaythompson you will need to call unfortunately Sky do not use email for this kind of thing and chat is pretty difficult to get on.
