Still cannot download. It's been like this all day. What is going on with Sky ?????
trying to download sopranos in SD and says failed but then shows its downloading. the percentage goes upto 154% and does not stop🤷🏻
Trying to download a series on sky witness , but keeps saying download failed , even though it was letting me do it 2 days ago
Hi all, it seems to be a popular subject. Thought it was my Q box playing up, seems to be Sky in general. Mine was working fine this morning, I was watching recorded New Amsterdam when suddenly it just said Failed, all my recordings that need downloading now won't. It's very strange but obviously been going on for a while by the looks of it! Let's hope it gets sorted pdq guys
I have just reactivated sky but I cannot download keeps saying failed
Has anyone been able to get any useful information from Sky? I can see that there is a service issue but absolutely no information on when it will be resolved!?
Refer to the multi page Download Failed Technical Fault thread. You'll see that many people are currently experiencing this. It is a problem at Sky s end which they are aware of and seeking to resolve.

There is currently an issue with downloads that Sky are working on. See below:

You can't really say when an issue of this type will be resolved. Until it is...
@Lc102 @Not heard a whisper from them. It's very strange of them, they usually say if there's technical issues

Resetting didn't work from me, but I was able to download to the sky q box via the sky go app. Not ideal, but it worked.
