@Irandall There was an issue with downloads at Sky's end this week, but it was fixed yesterday afternoon. Delete (and permanantly delete) any Failed downloads and Queued downloads and try them again.

Thank you- the advice to "delete for ever" the failed downloads appears to have worked and I am currently watching Good Doctor Series 5 Episode 9 which kept failing previously

Still messing up here. Just watching a movie on the sky catchup thing. Stopped at 40 mins. Nothing will get it going. Pretty dreadful.

Open sky go, then go to brouse, catchup, select episode and downoad to sky box?

I reset my box as detailed here to try get the downloads dailed issue sorted.
now my samsung tv cannot be controlled by sky remote - tried reseting remote and that didn't work
Any ideas?

Still getting problems with watching catchup sky shows. The programme starts its download and then fails whilst watching partway through.

Still can't download season 2 episode 7 of gangs of London on sky Atlantic. Have deleted any previous attempts, and deleted from deleted etc. Tried again and still no joy.
