No technical error message, just failed. I have HD in my package. It's failing on both HD and SD. It's part of a series and downloaded all the other episodes and then just stopped last night. Still not working tonight. Sky witness programmes are downloading ok.

Hello,
For some reason the last two episodes of Gangs of London will not download and just said fail instantly, i have turned the box off from the ply and left it for a few minutes and still the same problem.
Could anyone help?

I am having the same issue with Brassic. Online assisstance instructs you to do a full factory reset but this is out of the question. Any help urgently required.

Any downloads I try are just coming up as failed. Not willing to carry out full factory reset as advised by Sky help.

Same issues here and trying to get through to customer services is a joke! If they know there's an issue why not put a notice I. The website????

This happened to me yesterday, got to episode 6 on series 1 and now I am unable to download any other episodes!
Really frustrating, any advice would be appreciated. I've don't a reset but nothing is working

Tried all the steps , BB and network all ok, turn box off and then back on , checked hardware code ok etc . Help, half way through a 4 series drama on Witness . TIA
