I've been having this problem with shows on sky Atlantic shows but sky cinema and BBC downloads work.

Same issue - rebooted Sky Q box expecting it to solve issue (it usually does) but still shows download failure.

As @Doc5907 posted last night there are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky have been made aware of.

This has been raised to Sky via the closed forums and are awaiting an update from them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

I like others are getting download failed. I rebooted the sky box and modem, but still have the issue. Came on here and see its not just our system.

I am also trying to fownload 'on demand ' and getting 'Download failed' message.

Same with me, can't download anything on sky q and looking at all the complaints on here today suggest there's a problem at sky's end

There are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky are aware of and trying to fix.

Same issue for me - why does it happen when the previous episode ended on a cliff hanger?!

I'm having the same issue, can't record anything from Sky Witness but no issues with any other one so far.
