Download Failed UHD

Whats going on with sky tried downloading Croods 2 in uhd and it says not subscribed.

@BIGGS666 - do you pay the subscription for UHD? Have you recently subscribed to SkyQ - if so this may be a result of the widespread new Subscriber problem and you would need to phone Sky.

I have the same issue, I've been a bud subscriber since it was possible, I get the issue periodically which is bloody annoying. 
seems it's a sky issue... there's hundreds of pages on the same issue across a number of different shows /films

Same issue for me. HD is fine. UHD = Failed: No subscription.

Tried updating Sky. No luck...I read that someone set Sky to 8.8.8.8.

But where they imputed that I don't know 😕

This is a different fault to that one so needs to be fixed by Sky so changing that will not allow you to download this.

I phoned sky and it is a problem their end. I went to all formats and chose HD and it worked.

I've had the same thing, spoke to Paul at Sky an hour ago, went thru the normal resetting of box.

I had two forced updates which it did but still no Croods in UHD 

failed 

no subscription

As stated above @JED1KNIGHT007 this is something that needs to be fixed by Sky so resetting your box will no fix it, you can alert them via this email address - viewerR@sky.uk

Do Sky have a resolution for this issue. We have had the same issue with downloading films in UHD since November. Absolutely dreadful service, anyone from Sky care to fix the problem they have.
