Hi all,
I've gone through the various restart, download new software and reset options but my recordings still won't work. I get an endless timer when i click on Recordings (please wait message on screen); then when i try and access on demand it says Because of a technical issue your download could not be completed. Please try again later.
I did the full reset about three weeks ago and it temporarily fixed this problem.
Any idea how I go about booking an engineer visit? Or ordering a replacement box?
