Does anyone know how to book an engineer in Ireland? Or ordering a replacement box?

Hi all, 

 

I've gone through the various restart, download new software and reset options but my recordings still won't work. I get an endless timer when i click on Recordings (please wait message on screen); then when i try and access on demand it says Because of a technical issue your download could not be completed. Please try again later. 

 

I did the full reset about three weeks ago and it temporarily fixed this problem. 

 

Any idea how I go about booking an engineer visit? Or ordering a replacement box?

@GerrysGame  Click on this link https://www.sky.com/help/home, make sure the flag in the bottom right hand corder is set to Ireland, then click on Need More Help the correct 08 number will be displayed.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
