Disney+ and prime video won't play anything on replacement sky q mini box

Today we had our sky q and mini box replaced and now I can't watch anything on disney plus and prime video on my mini box. I keep getting the something went wrong message when I try to play something! My partner is able to watch it on the main box and strangely netflix is working perfectly fine!

@Stacef90 navigatecto settings but enter0,0,1 before slect which opens the engineer's menu. Then use the apps refresh option. Sounds like the min has an older version of those 2 apps.
