Hi,
just updated the discovery plus app on my phone and now not able to watch any content on my phone or through the app on my sky q boxes, I have tried logging in and out again deleting app from phone to no success also logging in and out the app on sky box apps. Has anyone got any advice?

Posted by a Sky employeeIf you have updated it directly through the discovery+ app and this has then caused an issue it will be with the discovery+ account so I would recommend checking the settings on your profile and contacting the developer if there is still an issue

The app updated before Christmas and also.have been unable to.log on on sky q or mobile ..there website is in accessible keeps glitching

@miknmar2011 Try the following
Follow the instructions you see onscreen when launching the Discovery+ app on your Q box
Select log in
You'll be taken to the screen with the activation code and a new URL link for Discovery which is https://auth.discoveryplus.com/gb/link you need to do this part on your mobile, tablet, laptop etc
Log on to your Discovery+ account
Enter the activation code - this will activate your Sky Q box/Sky Glass
