When using sky go on my iPhone IOS 15.1.1 with the option enabled for connection to Sky Q, the Sky Go app will stream live TV, eg Sky One, but as soon as I'm disconnected from Sky Q, the Sky Go app will not longer stream Sky One and give an error 17c.1. The only channel that seems to work is 501 Sky News. I've spoken with Sky, and the don't seem to be able to help. I've removed my device from managed devices, remove the app, rebooted iPhone and reinstalled app, but same problem. This is the first time I really need access to use the app to watch F1 today, as I'm not going to be at home.
When, I'm connected to Sky Q, on the same network, Sky Go works fine.

Odd, have you tried installing the Sky Sports app as once logged in you should be able to watch the F1 via this.

Unfortunately this does not work either. I sure Sky has messed up my account for this device.
