@ukvet63 I doubt the Sky forum staff would be able to tell you. There may not yet be a date for its return but your best bet is to try the Viewer Relations team

Sky do monitor this forum but your question about it returning has already been answered earlier:

Various CBS/Showtime/Paramount programmes expired on 1st Jan as ViacomCBS have taken back the rights. They will be available on Paramount+ when it launches later this year (free for Sky CInema subscribers).

@ukvet63

It's down to the rights that Sky had with Showtime as part of their original deal. However Showtime is launching as part of Paramount+ this year in the UK.

So you'll have to be patient and either subscribe to Paramount+ directly, or sign up to the cinema package to get Paramount+ free of charge.

Re: Dexter has gone!

Same here, I watched them all about 9 years ago and wNted5to watch them all again to recap before watching the new blood series.  Spent past 2 months watching them and got to series 7 episode 8 last night then nothing. Absolutely raging. What's going on here as all 8 seasons were there last week. 🤬🤬

@ukvet63 all 8 seasons are available to watch on Prime, the only caveat being....it'll cost you £25 a season...

Re: Dexter has gone!

Just binged up to S7E10. Absolutely raging that they don't warn you. Also, seems mental that they remove it while Dexter, New Bood is still in progress. Obviously people will be prompted to watch the original series before it.

Re: Dexter has gone!

That doesn't appear on my Sky Q box and, even if it did, it's not exactly failsafe is it? A series with 96 one-hour episodes takes a while to watch so someone noticing a future deletion date when downloading S1E1 is unlikely to have the date front of mind a couple of months or more down the line. They should introduce a warning (say 1-2 weeks before expiry) if someone is watching a series On Demand. It's rubbish customer care.

Now that you know how to get the expiration date, you will be able to keep track of it. And the expiration date from On Demand may not be the same for downloads. Sometimes you get no expiration date or a later expiration date. What you can do is ask in the Sky+ forum for the expiration date for downloads. That just means that someone will have to download an episode and then tell you what the date is (or not if no date).
