Re: DVD player

Any dvd player with a hdmi output. I would suggest you check the audio output on the dvd player. Sky glass should work with both Dolby digital and pcm but worth trying both if the default isn't working for some unfathomable reason other than glass seems to be particularly fussy about connected devices ..

You need to plug your dvd player into hdmi 2 to get the sound to work,

Re: DVD player

I have persisted with sky glass for months and have consistently battled with irritable problems which were not with sky q. The fact is when you pay for such an expensive item, and with a monthly subscription, the very least you expect is that your DVD player can play through the tv. Nope. Having read some of the comments likened to my issue, it suggested that I now have to purchase a new DVD player. Shocking.  I have no doubt Sky will not be that bothered.
