Charged twice

Why was I charged for my sky tv bill then it has charged me for 28 days aswell as the monthly bill? I have also asked for my sky hd to be taken off and it has still not been taken off?

@Steph196 when you change a package with Sky the first bill often looks high as it will include the first part month and the next months amount. You should be credited for the amount you paid for the Sky HD in advance but yhst will probably come in your next bill. 31 days notice required to downgrade. You'll continue to be billed in advance, as normal, right through your notice period up to the date the HD add-on finally ends.
