Channels available with Sky Signature

Two weeks ago I could record programmes on Sky Comedy now it keeps telling me i have to upgrade my package - but the blurb tells me I have access to Sky Comedy, why can't I record and watch programmes?

Do you subscribe to HD? If not you need to ensure that you download the SD version.

I have just been looking at my offers page and noticed the addition of Ultimate TV for £6 and Ultra HD + HD for 'free'. Both of which suggest they require 'Sky Signature' and an 18 month upgrade to my contact.

I'm not sure how that relates to @Anita+W's post, but what you say is likely to be correct. Discounts usually involve a minimum term.

Have you tried cutting the power to the box for at least 30 seconds and then turing it back on?
