Hi

**bleep** can I change the HD settimngs on Glass

I have sky sports channels but not in HD as I donot subscribe to HD but some of the channels are in HD such as F1 so need to change it to standard to watch but cant find a way in settings to do this can anyone please help

I'm confused as there isn't a HD pack that you need to subscribe to with Glass it included, so you should have access to HD by default even to Sports.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Rob2358 As per @GD1 all channels on glass are hd as standard only if there's no hd variant will a channel be in sd

I thought all the 11 Sports channels have been available by default in HD since late 2018 even where a Q or Sky+ subscriber didn't have an HD add-on for other content?

As noted above, there isn't any such thing as SD-only on Glass.
