BBC Three SD on Satellite: (117 – England(apart from London), Wales, Northern Ireland) (141 – Scotland) (173 – London)
BBC Three HD on Sky Glass: (118 – England, Scotland and NI) (119 – Wales)
Hold on! 141 in Scotland and 173(?) in where I live in London? Shouldn't BBC Three be in the top 24 for public broadcasting general entertainment channels?

Taken from here
But where there is no top 24 slot available, platform operators have 18 months to create a slot.

@Federica-C Do you know when Ireland's EPG number will be confirmed for BBC Three HD/SD?

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - January 2022
Added to all platforms tomorrow. If not I am confused.
There was a mistake in last week's update on here so thought it was an error
BBC3 will be on Freeview and Virgin from tomorrow.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - January 2022
@jamesrobinson6 BBC Three's slot did appear today on Freeview, and as indicated, will appear on Sky tomorrow.
To follow up on the conversation about it being 173 in London, it shouldn't be an issue for too long as it should be able to move into the 115 slot once the regional variations of BBC One HD are launched later in the year. Already the case for Virgin customers as they launched today, giving BBC Three HD the 108 postion.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - January 2022
So once BBC One is fully HD on Sky, does this mean no more SD?

That'll be for the BBC to decide. They may want to keep the SD broadcasts as there are still a reasonable number of people using non HD receivers (both Sky+ and free to air)
