So someone might have provided an answer to my query but I can't see it and solve the problem.  Just gets better.

Hi @PGBatGH it was my post that disappeared last night (not sure why). It was just to say that your box picks up its region for local programming based on the postcode on your Sky account

Thanks, that is stranger then.  I am moving out of London but not yet and just checked my account still says London SE19!

@PGBatGH  If this is the case then you might need to speak to sky or text them on twitter @ sky help team or if one of the team members gets in touch with you on here @Chloe-W22

@Anonymous  Flagging a Community Manager won't get the Community Chat team to get in touch as they are not there to deal with customer issues directly, @PGBatGH  will need to call Sky about the address issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - January 2022

Thanks for the advice.  As I'm moving out of London next week I think I'll be on the current settings anyway.   Just odd coincidence that I "lost" London Live early.  They're showing one film I want to catch up on and I'll have a lunch break in my packing to watch it!

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - January 2022

London Live is still on 127 in London. BBC3 is on 173 in London.

Except on my box, which has BBC 3 on 117 and nothing on 173.

@PGBatGH Are your local BBC and ITV stations still correct?
