Are the SD version of QVC and QVC Extra being moved to the 800s or being removed, please?  If the 800s, do you have the numbers, please?

BBC Three in Ireland update:

I contacted the BBC on 31 March about any updates to BBC Three being added to the EPG in Ireland. They replied on 1 April, 2022. Their reply:

"Unfortunately we have no further updates to give on this but, rest assured your feedback about it has been recorded to be seen by Senior Management and the relevant reception teams."

I contacted them originally on 2 February 2022. You can see that email reply by clicking here.

Seemingly, the SD versions of QVC and QVC Beauty Style have been removed.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - April 2022

So if you or someone else at home watches QVC and/or QVC Style and you do not have an HD subscription, you will have to get an HD subscription in order to keep watching these two channels. It's the same as NBC News Now which is just HD.

I can see this happening more as channels don't want want to suppoert SD so they can save money.

QVC HD is actually being broadcast FTA so I don't think it needs the HD Sub

Yes that is also FTA

(TBH Bearing in mind QVC channels are aimed at selling it makes sense they are FTA)

Why would they need an HD sub? There are several HD channels on Sky which don't need one - BBC1, 2, ITV, C4, etc. QVC is FTA, just like those.

If the channel is in HD and FTA on Freesat, then it doesn't need an HD sub on Sky.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - April 2022

She doesn't have a HD subscription so it's not allowing her to watch it

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - April 2022

Yes that's what I thought but it's not allowing her access to view the HD channel and they don't seem to have moved the SD version to another channel meaning she is now without it
