Hi ,
I am new and every time I try and watch something on catch-up tv it's not working and telling me I need to upgrade but I already have this on my package??

This is a problem at tbe moment for some users and can be sorted by Sky Staff I have escalated this to Sky and hopefully someone will be in touch via the forum to help you resolve your issue
