Cant send email

Hi can someone help me? When I try to send an email both from laptop and android I receive a message saying it can't be sent as its contents resemble spam or contains mainly links?

It is simply an ordinary note to someone and contains none of the above.

I have changed subject several times and changed sky password last night however this morning the problem is not resolved.

Try changing your password here:

Then login to your online account here to see if you can now send an email:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

If that works try niw with your Andriod device once you have changed the password in it to this new one. If you get a different error with this about your password then go here to generate a 16 digit one and try using this instead with your Andriod device only:
