Cant order PPV Day 1

I'm trying to order Day 1 PPV through the sky q and it won't let me. Is it that you have to order 24 hours before or can I order on sky app and if I can order through my sky app, how do I order it.

You should be able to order it now as I can see if on my Sky+ box so what is happening when you try to order it ?
