I cancelled my sky package and had a phone call Saturday to say that I would get a phone clla Sunday and my deal should be cheaper or match what I have ...no phone call so I phoned sky myself to be told its 26 pound more and that that's it ...can't do any more ...rather rude lady

Unfortunately if Sky offer you a deal, if you don't accept it there and then because you want to think about it, the next time you contact Sky the offer will have gone.
