Hello I have sky+ box that won't record anymore. I looked at the bill for this month and sky+ was removed and replaced with sky signature. How do I restore the sky+ features?

You should still have the ability to record with the Signature package so what is happening when you try to ?

The Sky+ features are included in the Signature package, which is why it's no longer shown separately on your bill. What's happening when you try to record? What error message is displayed?

It says sky+ HD playback and recording is unavailable. I don't think it's the hard drive since I can still see what shows have been recorded but can't watch them.
