Incoming calls not working

My phone is not allowing incoming phone calls for some reason. when the number is dialled it keeps saying  "the number you have dialled is not in service". Is there is issue with sky again??

@Claireeb360 There is currently a known issue under investigation by sky, see the marked answer for latest update

Can’t receive incoming calls however I can make outgoing

Can't receive calls from mobile or landline. I can make calls. I have updated phone turned it on and off put it in airplane mode but still no joy

There is an issue which Sky are aware of and they are trying to fix it asap. Keep your eye on the post currently marked as the answer which will be edited with any significant updates.

No incoming calls - Sky Mobile

On 1 June 2023, from morning, incoming phone calls are not being received on Sky Mobile. The service checker states that problem has been resolved at 1:09 pm. But it is not working even now (3:00 pm). Sky Mobile help desk states they have not resolved the problem yet. Incredibly frustrating!!

Silence from Sky on their social media channels and status page still wrong. Expecting customers to support other customers is not an ideal way of managing a major inciden and any organisation.

I'm waiting for an important (life and death) call from the vet regarding my horse, and they cannot get hold of me because of this!! Absolutely disgraceful and the second time in as many weeks! Offering a weekend of 'free data' as compensation is absolutely useless to those of us who have plenty of data on our packages! I'm trying to run a business and will seriously have to consider dropping Sky of these problems persist.

@Jacq8383  unfortunately posting demanding action now simply won't work, you'll just have to be patient like everyone else in the same position
