I've tried downloading a couple of programs onto my phone to watch on my commute. Each time I get the error message "Sorry, something went wrong. An unknown error occurred, please try again later". I can watch on my phone while I'm in the house and the phone connects to the Sky box. I can also download programs from Amazon and Disney.

Hi, did you find a solution to this problem? I have the same message whenever I try to download something on my tablet.
