I have the app on my skyQ box and it is linked to my main prime account. No problem.
but when i but a video on the prime app on sky it doesn't appear on my actual prime account and vice verse, even though they are meant to be the same account.
so I now have films that I can only watch on skyQ and others I can only watch on the prime app on iPad , Samsung etc.
is this by design?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Marlaw it works for me assuming you bought via your Amazon account which has Prime included. They turn up in the My Stuff menu which is the furthest to the right at the top of the Apps home page. I use prime on 3 devices and never have an issue. I would raise this with Amazon support.

As @Chrisee says. But I have found there is sometimes a considerable delay before it shows in my stuff under purchases, make sure you select movies if it is one (I forget what the other option is, probably series)
However even if it does not show in my stuff I can still play it without charge.
