When I moved to Sky for my broadband I signed up to a £35 per month bill, I was sent emails confirming my new account, it idd say that my FIRST bill would be slightly higher than the £35 I think becasue of admin or something.. But that my next bill would be the £35.. However Sky has tday taken £53.15 for this second bill, NO breakdown of it can be found as to why, we do not use the landline, so have should have no charges for that. So cna someone from SKY enlighten me as to why I am paying so much, as I changed because I could nto afford my original BT bill, yet this is not much of a saving..I am not at all happy about this huge jump. Nobody came out to my home, te set up of the router was done by myself.. So why the high charge?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@katfrac bills are itemised and there will be a breakdown showing what comprises the total amount. Click on the blue down arrows for the detail, and check the range of dates you're being charged for.
If you post a screenshot of your expanded bill we can advise. Be sure to obscure any personal details, like your Sky account number, before posting.
