Block of flats doesn't allow satellite.

I have applied for a Sky Q and the day the engineer came to install it and the satellite we found out that our block doesn't allow satellites.

Is there another way to keep my package and get the full service?

@ZoeTrou unless your block of flats has a communual dish then afraid not

you only options would be Sky Glass or a Now streaming subscription

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Sky Q 2 TB (Silver)Box, 2 Mini boxes since June 2016, all connected by wifi
Sky Broadband Hub/SR203, Sky Ultrafast broadband
Ultimate on Demand, Q Experience/UHD, Sky Sports, Sky Cinema
LG 49SJ 810 V UHD TV, Google Pixel 7 Pro mobile

@ZoeTrouYou could change to Sky Glass but it is a streaming service which uses the internet but not the same as Q.
