Bill is doubled!

Hi there I changed my DD date from the 1st-4th of each month, but instead of taking £43 they took £81! I understand about the actual extra but 3 days extra and double the amount I usually pay! Will I get it back or will it go towards my next bill?

You will probably find the next bill is actually less due to the overpayment on this one so have you looked to see what it says against the next one:

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.
