Beeping remote

My sky q remote keeps randomly beeping, I've changed the batteries, reset the remote, switched everything off then back on again, and it still randomly beeps! Any help appreciated!

The remote beeps when you press and hold the button in the centre of the front of the main Q box (in the middle of the Q that glows blue when watching a recording). This is to help you find the remote when it's lost.

 

Press this button a couple of times briefly in case it has got pressed in.
